Greek Chicken Burgers with Feta and Tzatziki
These burgers pack feta, oregano, dill, and garlic into the chicken itself so the patties taste seasoned all the way through. Cool tzatziki, cucumber, tomato, and red onion add the crunchy, fresh contrast that keeps chicken burgers from eating dry.

Instructions
- Gently mix the ground chicken with the feta, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, parsley, oregano, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Use dairy-free feta and gluten-free breadcrumbs for any portion that needs them. Divide the mixture into four patties and flatten them slightly so they cook evenly.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet or on a griddle over medium heat. Cook the burgers until the first side is deeply golden, then flip and cook until the second side is browned and the center reaches 165 degrees F.
- Toast the buns while the burgers finish, then spread tzatziki on the cut sides. Use gluten-free buns and dairy-free tzatziki for the alternate portion, and add cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
- Set the burgers on the buns and serve immediately while the patties are still juicy and the toppings are cool.
